Meet the Team

The Weatherly FamilyThe Weatherly Family
Founders

Our owners, The Weatherly Family (Cierra & Michael w/children Sienna & Mylan and their cute little Boston Terrier Mia) have been longtime residents of neighboring Nelson County and now split time between Virginia Beach (and our farm winery in Rockbridge). The family enjoys travel and has been to Europe every year since 2005 and loves all things European. When the COVID lockdown halted their international travel, they began searching for land and adventure in the mountains and discovered our farm at Skyline Meadows.  When the Weatherly’s saw the farm, they knew this was like that final piece of Europe, here at home, tucked away quietly and peacefully in our very own Shenandoah Valley. Most days they are head down working diligently on the property to prepare future award winning wines and an overall amazing customer experience for our guests. Feel free to say hi if you see them out and about!

Jose IbarraJose Ibarra
Farm/Vineyard Associate

If you have been to Skyline Meadows Farm and Ecco Adesso Vineyards, chances are that you have seen Jose. Jose is always somewhere on the farm, hard at work! He loves the outdoors, being connected with nature and is like a wizard on anything farm vehicle related. We like to call him MacGyver because he can fix anything with anything. No task is too big or challenge too great for his ingenuity and warm smile.

In his personal time, Jose loves spending time with his family, fishing with his boys and most importantly playing with his ever growing population of cute little chihuahuas.

Charles AllenCharles Allen
Maintenance Associate

Charles grew up on a job site with his mother who was a CEO for Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity, so a hammer and nail were his babysitters.

Charlie has always been a tinkerer and amazed with the intricacy of how things work. Early on in life he realized the value of hard work combined with knowledge. Over time, he developed a vast skill set which allowed him to build and maintain his own home off grid.

He is a family man and a father of four, which is his greatest joy in life. He hopes to pass on his work ethic and knowledge on to his children. He enjoys life to the fullest and views every day that he wakes up as a blessing.
