Celebrate with us at Ecco Adesso, at our sommelier-led Governor’s Cup Wine Pairing and Culinary Tapas Event! Enjoy a delicious selection of our Governor’s Cup medal-winning wines, paired with chef-made small plates, prepared to perfectly enhance your wine experience. To further delight your palate, we will also be pairing with medal-winning wines from our sister vineyard, Williamsburg Winery. The event is $55/person 21 & up. The Menu: 1. Williamsburg Winery Blanc de Blanc: Served alongside a delightful combination of fresh berries atop Greek yogurt drizzled with honey. 2. Williamsburg Winery Rosé: Accompanied by an endive cup brimming with tropical whitefish ceviche, bathed in a pineapple citrus dressing. 3. EA Primo Bianco: Complemented by the warmth of truffle sea salt Marcona almonds. 4. EA New World Gold Medal Chardonnay: Enjoy with petite farfalle pasta tossed in browned butter, pine nuts, fresh rosemary, and mizithra cheese. 5. EA New World Cab Franc: Indulge in a field green salad boasting fresh blueberries, toasted pecans, red-wine marinated pears, and chilled, marinated medium rare steak. 6.
